Our Role and Responsibility in Navigating Through COVID-19

With the growing global concern and enormous human impact of the spread of COVID-19 our hearts go out to all who have been affected . M&M Investment Cars wants you to know there is nothing more important than the health and well-being of our patrons, employees and community .

M&M Investment Cars has intensified our attention in limiting the spread of COVID-19 . The safety and well-being of our customers and employees , along with the ability to maintain high-quality service , is our top priority . We are laser-focused on the cleanliness of our store .

As part of our preparedness plan , we are taking the following actions :

1- Adding additional sanitation stations including soup , sanitized wipes and hand sanitizers with at least 70% alcohol.

2-Routine environmental daily surface and work-station cleaning with disposable sanitized wipes.

3-Sanitation of all vehicles prior to test-drive including wiping door handles , steering wheel, center console and gear shift.

4-Halting of the employee to employee and employee to customer hand-shake.

5-Encouraging online/digital/video conferencing for any customer uncomfortable with face-to-face meetings.

6-Custom YouTube videos to answer any questions and provide a virtual walk-around.

7- PROVIDE FULL ONLINE BUYING EXPERIENCE.

8- Mandating any employee who is feeling under the weather or experiencing Cold/ Flu-like symptoms to stay home and not return to work for the duration of the CDC's recommendations.
