I purchased a Toyota Tundra recently and had a great experience at M&M. Raffe helped me through the process and was great!
He was quick to take care of repairs after the check engine light came on shortly after purchasing. He provided a loaner car and did above and beyond helping me. Even hooked me up with new brakes and a bed cover. I love my truck and I'd recommend Raffe and M&M to anyone! He put it best when he said it's an investment.

Great car buying experience! This was my first time buying a car from a dealer and it was probably the best I could’ve had. Eric was responsive on every email I sent. I drove 5 hours from southern Oregon and it was worth the drive. Gave me a great deal on my trade in. It is located in kind of a sketchy industrial part of town but rest assured, the people at M&M are good people who let you do your own thing with looking at and test driving the vehicle you’re looking at and are willing to go the extra mile if you decide it’s the one for you. I would not hesitate to purchase from M&M again.

The quality of service Eric provided made purchasing my Jeep a great experience. There was transparency from the very beginning. I was made aware of potential issues, free to take my time to test drive and make a decision, and never felt persuaded or pressured. When I was ready to make a deal Eric made it effortless despite my terrible credit. After a month with it I can honestly say I love my new Jeep, and I’m glad I got it where I did.

Had the car I was interested in out to see (they have a HUGE stock of vehicles) when I arrived and I was able to drive it/check it out. Eric was very friendly, helpful--I wasn't ready to buy, and there was absolutely no pressure. Would be OK if I took the car out for outside inspection. Printed out the car fax and gave be info on local mechanics. I was very pleased, may ultimately buy this car--if it's still available when I get my act together--and would have no hesitation in dealing with M & M.

Hands-down the best car buying experience I have ever had! Raffe has gone above and beyond to take care of me. I walked into M&M on a Friday at 3:30 and the deal was done by 6:00. For me this is unheard of. I like to take my time and haggle/hem and haw but that simply was not required with this dealer. Zero pressure (which I love) and I was given a solid deal on my trade. There simply was no need to haggle. But wait, it gets better! I live in Bend and had a 3 1/2 drive back from Portland. On the way back, I noticed a vibration between 40-50 mph. No biggie. I figured the tires needed a balance and definitely an alignment. I mentioned the alignment after the test drive and Raffe said he would cover that cost. All I would need to do is take it in and then call him. So today I took the truck in to Les Schwab and was told that a balance and alignment could not be performed because the tires (which are new) are too imbalanced from the factory (defective). They are off-brand mud terrains. They also told me I needed as new ball joint. I called Raffe and had him speak with the tech. After the tech got off of the phone, he told me M&M was going to cover the cost of the ball joint. Not only that, but Raffe is going to replace the tires! He will be coming through Bend tomorrow to purchase another vehicle and swap out the tires. How is THAT for customer service! You cannot go wrong with M&M Auto Investments!

One of the best buying experiences I've had. I had been looking for a truck for months and saw one online I liked here. Went in and very clean and non pressure. They let me just look around at the inventory without following me or pressuring me. I could actually just shop! I went in with an approval but Mason got me a better rate and the truck I wanted! He was patient and efficient. Answering all my questions and I drove off that day! From the reviews everyone seems good to work with but Mason was friendly, professional and makes dreams come true. I would recomend making the stop here for sure. I will definitely come back for more vehichle needs. The best truck selection I've seen from a dealership!

What a pleasant and easy way to purchase a vehicle. We were looking for an SUV for our son's young family, so needed a good condition, older model for affordability. Raffe found it for us! He sent us a walk through video to answered our questions and cover our concerns ...Fabulous service! While purchasing said vehicle, my husband and I looked at a few others. Beautifully detailed and maintained. Great records and honest opinions before we drove over 6 hours to see the one we purchased...Oh and almost forgot...Raffe stayed after hours a few more minutes since we got stuck in traffic...That's excellent service! I saw a suv I really liked on AutoTrader and it was at M&M Investment Cars. I called and spoke with Raffe and told him which car I was coming out to see. Great little dealership place with most of the vehicles indoors. Raffe met me at the garage door and the suv was moved outside for me. Raffe said go check it out, drive it. After about 15-20 I came back and Raffe kindly greeted me. Raffe then checked my trading suv and gave me a great price, then quickly and successfully broke down financial info for me. I am so happy I found M&M Investment Cars. I have been looking for awhile and was never comfortable with anything I saw or the sales people. I finally found M&M Investments and worked with Johnny. Johnny stayed with me through the whole deal. He listened and knew exactly what I wanted, and made sure I was comfortable with the car. I took it to my mechanic, who told me what a great car I had. Then Johnny worked hard at getting me the lowest interest rate. Filled my tank up with gas before I left. Johnny was very respectful. I recommend M&M Investment Cars highly and will be sending all my friends there. Plus I plan on going there when my son is ready for his car in about a year.

I found a truck listed on Craig's list that we were interested in. We drove out to check it out. We were met by our salesperson Raffe. He said the keys were in the truck, take it for a spin. I was shocked - I worked in the car business for 26 years, and have purchased many vehicles. They let us test drive the vehicle without copying my license, or having a sales person come with us. This made a great 1st impression. We drove the truck for about 20 minutes. After we returned we spent another 20-30 minutes checking over the vehicle. Absolutely no pressure from anyone. The truck was fairly priced according to KBB, NADA, and True Car. This does not include all the modifications made to the vehicle. Painted and hinged bed cover, Upgraded wheels and tires, tinted windows, and lots of extra chrome. They managed to get me a great interest rate, and gave me a generous trade in allowance. This was a very easy, and straight forward deal. Next time I am in the market for a vehicle this will be my 1st stop.

I had a great car buying experienced here. Mr. Sari and his staff were very professional and pleasant to work with. There were no high pressure sales tactics and I dealt with Mr. Sari from the beginning until the end. My purchase came with a three month warranty (200.00 deductible) which gives me some peace of mind. The model I wanted didn't have leather seats and Mr. Sari offered to have them reupholstered at a very reasonable price.

Great experience all around! Was more like a customer service center than an auto sales lot. No hassle, no “salesman”, and the person who helped me (thank you Raffe!!) answered all my questions and was very informative. When I found what I liked, it didn’t have the heated leather seats I wanted... so he had them installed and I got to choose what I wanted them to look like!! Even after all that, they were still willing to negotiate and I got a great deal! They also provided a reasonable warranty and offered options for an extended warranty. Oh, and I loved that Raffe, the same person who met me at the door and got the customizations I wanted done, was also the person who assisted me in financing through a credit union for a great rate! I was in and out of this place with the car of my dreams in less than two hours. When I brought it back to have the leather heated seats installed Raffe provided me a very nice curtesy loaner at no expense and was also there to make sure everything was as I expected when I picked it up. Great experience, worth checking out! I will certainly be coming back!!

Nice to buy a used car professionally detailed so it looks and feels like new. Honestly the first review I’ve ever written. This was by far the best dealership expierence I’ve ever had. After driving from NE Oregon to Seattle and getting burned, I frantically searched online and found a truck at M&M. I drove down to Portland, they had the truck waiting for me, Eric handed me the keys and left me alone. Drove the truck around, came back with a couple questions, we went through the Carfax and within 45 minutes of arriving I was driving off the lot with a new truck. No pressure, no sleazy salesman following you around, and straight up on what they have and what they’re offering. Highly recommend for anyone looking at vehicles at this dealership!

A+++ experience from start to finish with M&M. Found our Silver 2006 Dodge 2500 on the internet, went to check it out in person and drove off with it that evening. Raffe had quick responses to requests for information. I asked for pictures. He gave me a video! Awesome. The General Manager also double checked that I got my pictures (video). Raffe explained the process well and I felt no pressure. They do such a detailed custom job on every vehicle (most stored indoors it appears) that i got the feeling that they don't have any lousy vehicles to offer. The 3 month/3000 mile powertrain warranty that other businesses were slow to offer says something about that...

We drove 342 miles to buy a BMW 750 from this company. It was so awesome to drive right through Portland and not have to hassle with the congestion of the big city. Our car was exactly as advertised even better than we expected. Their showroom has nothing but pristine vehicles in it from front to back.
Mazen answered all my questions professionally and did not make me feel like I was wasting his time. We have purchased many BMWs and this is the first time I bought one from a car lot that the salesman knew more about the car than I did. No pressure no BS!!!

I had a great expiernece with Raffe! There was no pressure very easy going and thourghly explained the whole process to me. I really apperciate his patience and thourghness with the whole exchange, espcially going in as a single woman I actually felt comfortable at a car dealer for once. I wish I could give M&M Investment Cars a 10 star review, our experience there was incredible. We got a beautiful Toyota 4Runner for a great deal. Raffie was so helpful and not at all pushy. We came to see a 4 Runner and then decided to go see another at another dealership and the experience was night and day.......my husband and I cut that short and headed right back to M&M. Raffie was so patient and informative. We were on a time crunch once I finally chose the one i liked best and he made the financial part so easy that we were on our way home with time to spare. I have to leave these guys a second review. This is my story:
I came into M&M looking to get out of my Audi S4 and into a 5th gen 4runner. The 4runner I saw online was still available when I arrived. Mason, one of the owners handed me the the keys and told me to take it out, and let him know how I liked it. Upon my return, we went to his office and did the paper work. All in all, I only had to spend about an hour getting the deal done which was impressive. The 4runner I purchased was still under the 60k Toyota powertrain warranty, so I was worry free. About a week after the purchase I found a pool of coolant under the vehicle and took it straight to a Toyota dealer. Toyota deemed it as not being covered and quoted me $988 for a radiator and thermostat. Being that I knew that was astronomical for these parts and this work I opted to pick the truck back up. I contacted Mason and he asked me to bring it by. Mason and his team had a new radiator and thermostat installed immediately, and had the car back to me the same day. The repairs were on the house and another of the owners even offered to help me get some newer tires on my fiancés car, since hers were very worn. All said and done M&M Investment Cars has been the best car buying experience I have had, used or new. I have bought roughly 7 cars in the Portland Metro area in the last few years and I have never been happy with the dealership that sold me those vehicles. At M&M that is not the case. This place is top of the line. I would travel across the country to buy from these guys. I will recommend them to anyone I can, far and wide.

These guys are great, very friendly staff here. Johnny was cool and went the extra mile to get me into the BMW I wanted. His knowledge about BMW was surprising and extensive. I noticed they didnt use any sales tactics I found at other lots and every concern I had was addressed and dealt with promptly. Probably my favorite buying experience ever. I researched many cars before landing on this one, and upon inspection found nothing to bring up as a bargaining chip, but they still knocked down the price just to make me more comfortable. They dont bs around or sell lemons, I find they really deal straight and honestly. Five stars from me! Ill be coming back to buy my next one and telling my friends about my experience with M&M Investments.

Bought a used truck no complaints. Honest and they sell quality products. Took the train from Tacoma WA to purchase a vehicle in Portland to get a fair deal. Who cares about a great deal, I wanted a truck to take my family camping in that would last. I needed quality and a fair price. I found it with M&M. 2005 Dodge Diesel 4 WD. Nicer and better price than anything in the Tacoma area.

Fantastic experience! They’ve built a good reputation (A+ BBB) and their vehicles speak for themselves. I knew exactly what I wanted, so when I arrived, I picked out three SUVs to test drive. Mason greeted us, no questions asked – he pulled them out front and told me the keys were in each truck and to let him know if I had any questions. After test-driving, I told him I wanted to bring my mechanic back – “sure, no problem.” Mason gave me a Carfax report to take home and quoted top dollar for my trade in. I pointed out a few cosmetic concerns, including a small chip in the windshield. The following week, I arrived with my mechanic, and everyone was super accommodating. I also noted that they had replaced the windshield and fixed what I had pointed out (not to appease me, but for whomever purchased it – that’s a value system that I highly regard). My mechanic checked it out and took it for a drive. He said it’s a solid rig and no reason why I shouldn’t buy it. I came back the following day to go over financing with Raffe, which was painless because he worked hard to find a good rate for me, was efficient, and his numbers matched mine. No hidden fees, no pushy add-ons, no hovering. It was exactly the way buying a car should be. I am so proud of my 4runner! It constantly gets compliments and turns heads. I drove away feeling like I’ve made an excellent decision. As a woman, I felt completely respected and that the business transaction was transparent – and fun! I had a fantastic experience at M&M. We drove 3+ hours to get there because there was a particular vehicle I wanted. I had been in contact with the guys there for about two weeks and they were never pushy or anything. Upon arrival they pulled out the vehicle and handed us the keys. I couldn't believe it! I was really comfortable to be able to test drive without pressure from the salesperson in the back seat. They were very friendly and helpful. Their vehicles are really nice and kept inside. You can walk around and check them out without getting rained on! Anyway, I would recommend them to ANYONE. They're awesome. Thanks guys! I LOVE my 4Runner.

We went to look at an older truck. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and NO PRESSURE. We found a brand new truck, of the same model, and got an awesome deal!
Eric (GM) was friendly, efficient, and provided all sorts of resources to set our new truck up exactly how we wanted, at the best possible price.
Raffe was the tech that got the job done on our accessories. He answered all of our questions, found rock bottom pricing on quality gear, and installed it all for us immediately.

First, they have a huge indoor facility...no looking at cars in the rain!
Super friendly staff starting with the guy that does their detailing. He saw us looking at a truck. On his own he came over and offered to pull the truck out so we could see it better. He then got a duster and started dusting it off. Which it really didn't need because it was already immaculate.
For years, every used vehicle I've looked at was dirty. I've seen molding hanging loose, dirt and grime in cup holders, dog hair, etc, etc. Seems like dealerships don't want to put a dime into sprucing them up. Not this place! The truck was completely detailed inside and out. I looked in all the nooks and crannies and literally could not find even one tiny piece of lint! The molding and tires were dressed. Windows were sparkling. Wheel wells, under carriage and engine were clean. Not a spot on the carpet or head liner. They even applied a special dressing to the leather seats to make them look like new.
Price. I read the reviews ahead of time and knew there wouldn't be any real negotiations on the price. Having bought many cars, I know how it all works. I understand what adds value when I'm purchasing and what has no value when I'm trading in. I researched the value of the truck we wanted. Would a different dealer settle for less on a truck with these exact features and mileage? Probably yes. Would that dealer have put the time and money into bringing it as close to new as possible? NO WAY! With all of that to be considered, I am extremely happy with the purchase price. (If you want the cheapest price, you will get the cheapest everything!)
No pressure sales. Matter of fact, it was a little unnerving how low pressure it was. After looking the truck over, we let our salesman know we had another truck to look at, that we had arranged before hand. We had a short chat about a couple of specifics and off we went. There was ZERO pushing from him. What salesman does that?!?!
I cannot speak highly enough about this company. They'll be my first contact when I'm in the market again and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone. If you are realistic in your expectations, you won't be disappointed.

Eric Trettin was the salesman that helped me and my wife out, super guy with no pressure sales, which kind of throws you for a loop at first because you kind of expect that used car pressure sales that every other dealership I've been to uses. He went out of his way to help get us financed even though we don't have the greatest credit, he even got others on the sales staff to help in order to make it happen for us. This place has quality vehicles at reasonable prices in my opinion and a great sales crew. I will recommend them to anyone I know that is in the market for a used vehicle.

They had the truck I wanted, gave me a fair value for my trade in, well above blue-book. It was a low pressure environment. The only reason I knocked a star off is because, like many other used truck dealers, they have the practice of painting the whole drive train of a truck black, it is nearly impossible to tell what you are working with or how rusted the drivetrain really is. But I am happy with the truck, running great!

We met MH today for an appointment on an FJ Cruiser, when we arrived we were handed the keys and off we went on our own to take if for a test drive. Nobody in the back seat pressuring us or grilling us. Made it great because the wife wont drive with strangers in the car and this one was for her.. when we got back there was still no pressure and MH let us do all the talking. Into the office we went, he gave us better than market trade in for our old car and even secured our financing from our preferred credit union on speaker phone with us there. My old 03 Dodge Laramie diesel had 280K miles, so started shopping for something with less miles. Wanted a 5.9 diesel Mega Cab with manual trans. [hard combination to find] After searching the west coast for several months, I went local with M & M Investment Cars. It wasn't low pressure sales, but NO Pressure sales! I told Eric what I was looking for, and he showed me a beautiful 2006 Dodge 3500 Mega Cab diesel, with manual trans, with check this out..... 36,900 miles!!! They didn't even ask for ID, or ride along, on the test drive. Great truck selection, friendly service, and easy to work with.

I just recently bought a nice 2015 Chevy Equinox from this dealership. It's right off I-5 just a couple minutes west of The Jantzen Beach exit. The lot looks small from the outside, but they keep everything indoors in the warehouse, all of cars look well kept, clean and neatly cataloged. The process was super simple - after finding the car I liked on their website, I was probably there for a total of one hour from my test drive to having keys in hand. Scott the GM was helpful and genuine, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or pressured, even as a person there alone without my partner with me. I had a sticky previous loan situation the Scott was very helpful with, and in the end I got the car I wanted, in great condition, and he gave me a really nice price for my trade-in Subaru. I will check them again first when I look for another vehicle, and will recommend to my friends!

Around the 1st of Feb. we began looking for a used pick up. We live in the Eugene area and after a few weeks of looking at pick ups locally I was beginning to think that we would just keep the car that we had. I saw an advertisement online for M&M cars and looked through the inventory list. I saw a 2000 Chevy Silverado that looked good in the pictures. I called and spoke with Mazen. He told me the truck was still available. A day or two later we drove up and looked at and test drove the tuck. It was everything that the pictures showed. A very clean, well maintained truck at a fair price. We have had the truck for a month and have had zero issues with it. I purchased a vehicle here last July and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I found them online and after spending days in a Lithia in my town and various other car lots I wasn't sure I even wanted to give them a shot but am so glad I did. They are great! My wife and I were looking for a new Town & Country mini van and we spoke to several dealerships in the area but got the same low life sales people at each one. We then found M & M. I didn't think buying a new vehicle could ever be this easy. Eric was very polite, upfront and honest. From the time we walked into the showroom until the time we left in our new vehicle took less than 25 minutes and that includes the test drive! My fiance and I have been searching for months for a great dodge durango. When I finally found one online at M&M Investment Cars that looked to be in great condition. I called in the late evening to hear the hours open when to my surprise someone answered the phone. I was able to quikly confirm the car was still there and drove down the next morning. When we arrived we noticed that all the cars were parked indoors and in wonderful/ clean condition. The durango was 11 years old and looked like it was brand new on the lot. The owner then came out and told us to take it for a drive and come back when we were done. Of course we were shocked and very pleased they didn't need to go with us. This made it very easy to discuss our likes and dislikes (none), with zero sales pressure. We got back and sat with Eric as we explained we had previous credit challenges and found out we were upside down in out current vehicle. Despite all of our obstacles Eric was able to get us financed and at a great rate! We've had this car for a couple of weeks now and I still tell my fiance how happy I am with it every time were in it! Thank you M&M for a GREAT car and buying experience!

My husband and I went with our 5 year old daughter to look at a 4 runner. Anyone with kids knows this can be difficult as Littles don't have a lot of patience. When we got there, John pulled the 4 runner out for us and said, " Take it for a spin. Come on back when you have tried it out." My husband and I didn't know if he was joking or not and he said he was serious. We got the booster for the wee one and went for a drive. We fell in love! We then geared ourselves up for the dreaded financing part. We got back to the lot and John introduced us to Mason, the owner. We went to his office and ran all the info through the creditors. First, let me say I was very nervous to come look at a car at this place because of the mixed reviews I was reading online. It's 2016, every smart shopper should take the time to read customer reviews when it comes to making a significant purchase. I was not going into this dealer with a confident standing on how they would treat me. I did a lot of research and I even looked at other dealerships to get my feet wet before going to this one. I went anyway because I fell in love with the vehicle they were advertising and I could not bring myself to pass up a test drive. When I got to the dealership I was automatically relieved to have walked in without being herded inside by some over excited salesman. I had called earlier to check the availability and they had the vehicle ready for me when I got there. Now, here is the crazy part, the salesman hands me the keys and tells me to go take it for a spin! It was difficult for me to hide my shock. I insisted he make a copy of my drivers license and he said no go ahead and proceeded to tell me how to get to the freeway to test it. This upfront mutual trust is probably what had me hooked from the start. For once in my car shopping experience, I got to test drive it without the pressure of someone yapping away at me and I got to check out everything about the car I wanted to on my own time. I brought the car back and once again I was shocked that I had to ask to buy the car, not the other way around! I ended up trading my 2007 Pontiac solstice with under 60k in mileage for a 2008 Chevy trailblazer (with quite a few aftermarket perks) with 100,000 miles and I financed the difference. They worked with me to get me the best deal and to fit my financial situation to a tee. I realize dealerships have to make money too, but they really put themselves in your situation as well. As long as you are professional there shouldn't be a problem with any of these 1-star reviews that almost scared me out of my dream SUV. Never once did I feel tricked, cheated by the car salesman get-up. I couldn't be happier with my trade and my experience. The car was immaculately detailed. Oh and all of the vehicles are garaged. I loved that my new trade didn't have a single water spot or speck of dirt on it from being out in the Portland weather when I drove it off the lot. Their advertisements are very transparent, you won't get blindsided with these guys! Very professional! Thank you M&M- Mazen is the man. In 2015 I purchased a 2003 Toyota 4Runner with low miles for my wife and we absolutely love it. We negotiated a very fair deal and had a hassle free, low pressure experience. We drove 2 hours to test drive it and he held it for us when we said we were interested in coming up. In 2016 I was looking for my dream truck and again found MM to have the best vehicle for the money. They had the perfect 2010 Toyota Tundra with low miles and in excellent condition. I was able to purchase it for thousands less than any comparable truck I could find (and I shopped around for months). Thanks to Mazen and the team we both have our dream Toyotas and have had zero mechanical issues with either one. Really a class act here.

Did not respond to email, but did return text promptly. Eric answered any question I had over the phone, as I was traveling 3 hours to look at a truck. Courteous, no pressure. Eric let me drive the truck by myself. One thing I hate about car buying is the high pressure salesman drive along. After about 45 minutes of test driving, I found that the truck was not for me and I did not find another one in the inventory that was for me. Eric didn't try to push a sale at all, which I prefer. I searched for this particular truck (GMC Sierra 3500hd SLT) I wanted in great condition for months. Eventually I found one at M & M Investment Cars. I didn't get the deal of a lifetime, but I do feel I bought the absolute best condition vehicle that I was searching for. The experience was hassle free, no nonsense, "this is our best price" period. I walked the first day in hopes they would budge. It was a little tiny bit more than I wanted to pay, but it was exactly the quality that I wanted to own. Thank you Mazen and Eric. Our two sons were looking for new rides. Jordan, 16 was looking for a WRX since his had been recently totaled. Justin, 22 was looking for a newer lifted pick up truck. Both found what we were all looking for, a dealer with; a solid inventory, no pressure sales philosophy and an ability to make customers feel welcomed. Jordan and Justin drove away yesterday with what they were looking for; Jordan got his 2002 Subaru WRX and Justin got his 2006 Dodge lifted pick up truck. Great job finding us the pickup we were looking for...had more than one for us to choose from, and held it for us until we could get there from California. Everyone of the staff was very helpful. There were a couple of minor repairs, and we had the seats recovered in leather. They made sure everything was completed within a week so it was ready when we arrived. They even helped us get the California plates with no problems. Very, very happy with M&M.....will certainly be going back for our next pickup!

Eric was amazing I told him how much I was willing to spend and what I needed for my trade in and he said let’s go take a look. I told him I was in a hurry because I had two other vehicles to look at and he said if we can make the deal it will take me 30 minutes. I said really, he said yes that is what I do. So he was able to get me everything that was needed and it took an extra 15 minutes due to my stuff was not in order. I just wanted to drop a not to tell you how much I appreciated your contact and Eric's expertise. I am a car guy. I have had to endure too many car dealers' showrooms over the years to find out they were just out to make their months profits off of me in that one sale. I was late getting to the showroom because of traffic. I had left Albany at 3:30 to give myself an hour to look at the car. Eric was gracious enough to stay and wait for me and had the car waiting for me, out front, when I arrived at closing time. A short test drive later and I was sold. These guys are awesome. No pressure sells at all. They handed us the keys to our new truck, 2001 Ford F-350 Crew Cab which is sweet by the way, and said have at it. I had a great experience at M&M. I'm from Southern Oregon but called and talked to Mason about a car I was interested in and felt good enough after our chat to actually make the four hour drive up to take a look. Pretty amazing car buying experience. I buy cars often...kind of a bad habit. This was a 4th car in my driveway and just meant as a summer time convertible toy. The crew at M&M was friendly, attentive and ridiculously accomadating!! Pretty wierd because you always go a dealer with that dread your about to be treated like raw meat. Not that way at all, very honest, to the point transaction and was enjoyable. I will be using their car finder service to find my next car and have no problem going there to hang out and take the time to find my next daily driver. Really can't recommend these guys more.

Just wanted to let you know, how impressed I was with your facility and staff. I did deal with Eric on the phone about the 99 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel and ultimately you were the one who showed me the vehicle and you completed all paperwork.
I live in Boise, Idaho, and as a result, I needed to find out all the details before making the drive to Portland. Eric was straight up and very informative, as well as yourself because my initial contact was with you. You also showed the truck and completed the paperwork. Your hours of operation and clean, indoor facility is top notch.
I generally do not deal with car dealers because of the inflated prices, thus games many play with asking price vs. sale price. I also had a trade vehicle, which you were more than fair considering the issue I had. I blew out a tire on my travels to Portland and did some damage to the rear wheel well and quarter panel. You still gave me what was discussed and it was much appreciated. The no-nonsense or games with your pricing was and is very appreciated. Most of the general population, does not have the time to play games and as a result avoid used/new car dealers. I was in and out of there in no time and there were no surprises, and if you didn’t have the answer to a question I asked, you simply said you didn’t know.
I highly recommend your facility and will refer anyone and everyone I come into contact with, whom may be looking to make a vehicle purchase or trade. I will be back in the future and I am certain, friends and acquaintances of mine will also come see you!

I have purchased many vehicles over the years; some new some used. This is the first time I was treated with the upmost respect for my time and budget. The staff, including Mason, Eric and Johnny went above and beyond what a normal dealership would have done to make sure I had the best car buying experience possible. You know what, they hit it right on the nose. They allowed me to not only test drive the vehicle but to take it to a mechanic so they could give it an inspection to let me know if there are any issues that I should be concerned with. It's evident that they are not only in the business of selling vehicles, but also to make customers happy and want to return in the future for thair next car purchase. Although they specialize in diesel & large trucks, thay also have a great selection of passenger cars & motorcycles. They keep all of their vehicles under cover so that the weather does not ware them down. They even have a fantastic waiting room that is quite comfortable so if you are working with a salesperson, anyone else that may be with you can relax. This is by far, the best used car buying experience I have ever had.

We bought a Ford Edge from this place a year ago and we got a fantastic price, couldn't find a lower price anywhere. It was a pleasure buying from a "dealer" type place without any pushy sales people. They came down a tiny tiny bit on the price, although it was already priced even lower than kbb private party. I keep checking out their web site hoping that they have another really good deal on something since we need one more vehicle, but I haven't seen anything worth looking. I have to give them 5 stars because I have purchased probably a dozen used cars from various dealers and all other dealers made me mad or annoyed at some point... these guys did not. It was easy and pleasurable! PS. The Edge is running perfect, no problems at all in the 12 months we have had it.

I am from Seattle and when I saw the car I was looking for on Craigslist was from Portland, I was worried on how I was going to get this car and fast before someone else did. I must have called at least 10 times to talk about the car and ask questions since I could not see it. Mazen helped me out, he emailed me the car fax and the warranty information within a few mins and at the end of the day before I was going to head out to go get the car, he said he could pick me up in downtown Portland (15 mins away) and even hold the car! I was ecstatic! I got there and was so glad to see my new car inside (where they keep all their cars) out of the weather (it was snowing) and everything went so smoothly just like he assured (since I did all the pre approval paperwork online) and off I went in exactly the car I had been searching for. To make it even better, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car and that was a dream come true, because in a used car, there always seems to be something. They had even put new tires on it. Needless to say I'm super happy and totally recommend M & M, they really do take pride in selling awesome cars! I will be back when I need my next Audi :)

I recently purchased a SUV from M&M and the experience was great. This is my first car purchase and they were very helpful and explained everything that was going on so I was not confused at all! The car I bought was priced very well and I was drove from more than three hours away to go purchase a car from them. I had been on other lots that same day and no one helped us as well as they did. I had no questions and never felt pressured. My dad was with me and they let him look and play with all the features on the car even until after they were technically "closed". It was a very positive buying experience and I would definitely go back to them when I need a new car down the road.

I was assisted by both Mason and Mazen during my search for a Dodge Diesel Pickup Truck. After months of searching for a used diesel 4X4 pickup: being blatantly lied to by used car salesmen and wasting $100s on pre-purchase inspections, I was ready to throw in the towel. Then I found M & M Investments. What a refreshing experience!! The cars were in impeccable condition, inside & out and the salesmen were very professional. No cheap car sales talk and no pressure to buy. When I took my pickup for the pre-purchase inspection at Ford, the mechanic said it was one of the cleanest used cars he had seen in 30 years! I just bought a van from M&M and to tell you the truth, this was my first experience to ever buy a car in the States. Heard scary tell tales about so many dealerships trying to push you into buying their car and Mazen was very helpful, he let me drive the van and check it out at a nearby place. I have been looking for a specific BMW x5 for well over a year, and while I was searching the lower 48 for it I just happened to stumble across M&M investments that had exactly what I was looking for. Not knowing anything about the Dealer of course I was very hesitant at first. While I was dealing with Mason, I felt a good trust there and later he absolutely proved it more than a few times. I never personally drove the car before I bought it. I had someone else dive it and report back to me. The driver told me that it was more than they expected, so I bought it. Mason arranged the purchase of new tires and even had them installed for me. I had to make a critical shipping date while the purchase wasn’t fully complete yet, but Mason made it happen. When my X5 arrived in Alaska, I flew down to Anchorage to pick it up and yes it was more than I expected inside and out!!! I then brought it to the BMW dealership to have it checked out. The service tech said that it was serviced every 3 months at BMW and it was a great car. I would recommend any Alaskan to buy from M&M and have it shipped from Campbell Boyz Trucking out of Eagle River, Alaska. They were amazing too. Shipping was only $1650 from Portland to Anchorage. Wonderful experience and the wife is extremely happy. Thanks again!

I bought a 2000 ford f250 diesel from these guys . I was very impressed with there inventory of diesel trucks. I have been looking for a 7.3 liter diesel for over 6 month and every where I go they say these trucks are so hard to find and they want top money for them. At M&M Investment I had more then one to choose from & the price was fair , plus there trucks are unbelievably clean . They also got me a very low interest rate on my loan ( exactly like they advertised). I will definitely recommend my freinds and family . Costco of cars!!!
If you are a Costco consumer and appreciate discount prices on high end products then the M&M car lot is the right one for you!!!
The cars at M&M are stored inside a large warehouse. All there cars are spotless and shiny!! No need to worry about rain and dust I guess....
Mason co-owner of M&M sold me a black Subaru Forester which I really love. I am writing this review after I had the pleasure to drive my Subaru for 2 months.... No issues at all.

Bought my Mustang convertible from M&M investment cars on Christmas eve. Mason gave me a great deal on the car. Setting up loan was easy, got me a good rate of interest. He is really helpful, even after the purchase is happy to talk about any issue. I highly recommend M&M investment cars.

These guys are great. Bought a Volvo from then a year ago that came off lease and I got a great deal. So easy to work with, no hassle let me take my time and even took a personal check, yes it was that inexpensive. The car is worth more a year later than what I paid. I'll go back to these guys in a flash.

This was the nicest car purchase experience we've had, period, and the only time we ever had an offer good enough to do a trade-in! We saw an ad for a totally dialed luxury car at a very fair price. We enjoyed a very straightforward, honest conversation, and came to an agreement quickly. As we were about to purchase the vehicle, we asked if they took cars in trade, and Mazen gave us a very fair price (mid range blue book). So we were able to sell our car and bought a much nicer one in a single trip to Hayden Island, Portland, which by the way, is a great place to do a test drive. I highly recommend Mazen Hassen for his honesty and straight talk, as well as the selection of high end cars at very reasonable prices. Look for the yellow "sandwich board" sign on the right hand side of the street as you are approaching the car lot. It is in an industrial park and you need to see the signs to find them. Note that this business is listed with high ratings in the Better Business Bureau.
